Activities
Complementary Activities
Each of our Spanish programs offers six cultural activities (included
in the price), as well as a wide number of extra-curricular activities
(not included in the price) that depend largely on the cultural
calendar in Madrid at each moment.
. Cultural activities (included in tuition):

-Walking
tours of Madrid’s historic areas
(Austrian and Bourbon).
- Visits to Museums (The Prado, Reina
Sofía, Archeology Museum, etc.) as well as other places
of interest (Royal Palace,
Senate, Congress, etc.).
- Conferences, seminars, forums, exhibitions, concerts. International
students are invited to attend
any cultural event that takes place in the
University Antonio de Nebrija.

. Extra-curricular activities (not
included in tuition):
-One-day excursions. The most frequent
are: Toledo, Segovia, Salamanca, Ávila - El Escorial, Aranjuez
- Chinchón. See price of extra-curricular activities on the
Application form.
- Dance classes (Sevillanas, Salsa, etc.)
- Outings to theatres, cinema, shows,
flamenco, tapas, paella, etc. The price of
each of these activities will appear on the
information board.
. Sports:
Students who wish to participate in sports
(swimming, paddle, aerobics, yoga, tennis,
etc.) can ask for information at the
Sports Club of the University Antonio de
Nebrija.
At the beginning of each program, students
receive a calendar and a timetable of the
cultural and extra-curricular activities
of their program.
Usually, two complementary activities are
offered per week:
- one, in the afternoon, at 4.30 pm
- the other, on Fridays, at 11.30 am
Excursions always take place on Saturdays,
from 8.30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
approximately.
Any other activity will be announced in advance
on the information board.
