Spanish Plus

Combine Spanish language learning with subjects from your major taught in English

These programs combine courses from the Hispanic Studies program with specific degree courses, from various disciplines, taught in English.

Degree courses may include: Business and Marketing; Art and Architecture; Culture and History; International Relations; European Studies; Literature and Gender studies.

The courses are taught in different formats - general, specific, or focused - in order to meet the different needs of students.

Spanish courses are offered throughout the year in 6 different programs. The flexibility of the courses enables students to choose from or combine any of these study periods:

  • Fall and Spring (semester courses)
  • January, June and July (intensive courses)
  • Academic Year (extensive courses)

The Centro de Estudios Hispánicos offers an international environment where students are immersed in a Spanish university. It is located in the center of Madrid, at the Madrid-Princesa Campus. All students have access to free WIFI, library resources, common study areas, etc. and may request additional accommodations or other services.

For European students - Many different countries and universities have bilateral agreements or arrangements with ERASMUS Universidad Nebrija. Credits are validated and recognized within the ECTS system.

Students of the Hispanic Studies Program can validate studies through the Centro de Estudios Hispánicos at the university in order to obtain the corresponding credit for courses completed in the Centro de Estudios Hispánicos as part of their university studies.

For colleges in other regions of the world (Canada, United States, Thailand, Japan, Brazil, etc.) - Credit transfers or validations of courses completed at the Center for Hispanic Studies can be done through bilateral agreements signed between the student's home university, Antonio Nebrija Universidad, and the Centro de Estudios Hispánicos.
